e-Services, the Asia’s must-see IT-nabled Services (ITES) Conference and Exhibition and the country’s premier showcase of its ICT Advantage, provides companies and individuals the competitive arena to display their technological skills, competencies and achievements through the e-Services Awards.

On its ninth year, e-Services Awards continued to recognize the excellent skills and talents of Filipino IT professionals whose ingenuity has produced creative, innovative and application-proficient ICT products and services. A much anticipated in the e-Services, the e-Services award also recognizes the competencies and achievements of ICT companies and individuals who have been involved in developing the country’s ICT industry.

Since its inception , the prestigious event had invited high-profile judges which include David Barret, Chairman of the European Advisory Board and founding member of International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), Benedict Ferrer, Research Manager, XMG, Inc., Josephine Romero, Trade Officer from the Philippine Trade and Investment Center, Gerry Valenciano, Director of ICCP Ventures Partners, Inc. and Nora Terrado, Country Manager of Headstrong.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Open to all Philippine - based IT companies who have successfully developed and marketed new products and services in the Philippines and other foreign countries, as well as individuals with essential achievements and contribution in the field of IT-enabled services.

A. COMPETITION AWARDS

These awards recognize companies who have pushed the boundaries of excellence and leadership in innovation. Awards will be given out in the following categories:

Outstanding Client Application of the Year. Recognizes customized application for special requirement or operational function of a particular client, which helps improve production and competency of an organization.

Outstanding Consumer Application of the Year. Acknowledges remarkable application suitable for a wide-range of clients, either for business or individual use. It is a packaged/ off-the-rack application, which aid in improving efficiency and cost-savings for end-users.

Groundbreaking Technology of the Year. Distinguishes breakthrough technology, which enhances existing operation or function resulting to significant benefits for the end-user.

Most Progressive Homegrown Company of the Year. Recognizes reputable locally-owned company who successfully penetrated the BPO market and currently provides third party services to respected companies here and abroad.

B. SPECIAL CITATIONS

e-CHAMPION AWARDS. Special Awards will be given to individuals, companies or institutions that have made an outstanding contribution to the development and promotions of the IT-Enabled Services industry in the Philippines. Last year, Special Citations have been given to various individuals for their outstanding contribution in the following fields:

Country Promotion. Invaluable contributions in the continuing efforts to promote the Philippines as the destination of choice for outsourcing services and solutions.

Policy and Legal. Exemplary achievement in effectively improving policies and legal parameters affecting the IT-Enabled Services industry.

Business Development. This citation is given to the individual whose initiatives led to the phenomenal growth and development of ICT business in the country, helped the business realize its full potential through the tools of marketing, sales, information management and customer service and showcased the country’s competitive advantage attracting more foreign investors.
