PAYMENT SCHEME
| Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to secure space to be paid on the due date specified in the invoice after receipt of the signed application contract.
All exhibit fees and costs related to any promotional material, directory, sponsorships and special events, etc. must be paid to CITEM in cash or manager’s check on or before 08 January 2010.
| | DISCOUNT SCHEME | A. Early Bird Discount (10% off) Ten percent (10%) discount for Early Bird Registration will apply to all contracts submitted by 13 November 2009 provided full payment is received on the due date specified in the invoice. ALL BOOKINGS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
